JK Metal Cast is a company certified with ISO 9001:2015, specializing in manufacturing Wet & Dry Cylinder Liners, Sleeves, Established in 2014, the company has expanded three times and now operates in a 80,000 sq. ft. facility with a daily production capacity of 2000pcs in Rajkot, Gujarat (India).

The company utilizes an in-house developed centrifugal casting process with pollution-free induction furnace melting, ensuring high-quality castings without common defects. The combination of induction melting and centrifugal casting results in superior, consistent, and structurally sound castings.

We have proprietary process developed in house to produce highest quality of centrifugal casting. The melting process is done by Induction Furnace.

Our highly qualified engineers work continuously to improve the product quality by in-house R&D activities and by tweaking the manufacturing processes from casting until packing. By following rigorous quality assurance process at each level of production, we strive to excel in all the manufacturing activities and thus be one of the best manufacturer and supplier of quality Cylinder Liners and Sleeves.
